Description:
It is a micro-porous insulation material with very good insulating properties. It has an extremely low coefficient of thermal conductivity. Compare thermal insulation performance with the traditional fiber insulation material is 3 ~ 4 times better, which is the best performance thermal insulation material so far.
It consists of inorganic silicates. The main constituent is fumed silica, the other components are opacifiers for minimizing infrared radiation and reinforcing glass fibers. It is heat sealed in a close-fitting 15 μm PA/PE laminated film for the purposes of flexibility. It can be used up to a maximum application temperature of 1000ºC.

Q1 : Do you provide free samples?
A1 : Yes, free samples are available, generlly speaking, the buyer shall bear all the delivery cost.
Q2 : How can you control your quality?
A2 : For each production processing, LZR have complete QC system for the chemical composition and Physical properties. After production, all the goods will be tested, and the quality certificate will be shipped along with goods.
Q3 : What is your lead time?
A3 : Delivery Time:
(1) Peak time(Nov 1st-Feb 15th next year) Within 60 days from the date of receiving the advance payment
(2) Normal time (Feb 16th-Oct 31th) Within 30 days from the date of receiving the advance payment
