Product Description

Description:
The solid glaze coating on the surface of HA70SC is formed by adding appropriate amount of α -alumina micro-powder at a certain temperature, and a continuous SiO2 dense layer was formed on the brick surface, which enhanced the anti-corrosion and anti-wear performance of the brick and prevented the erosion of alkali, chlorine and sulfur gas and molten clinker. The thermal conductivity of HA70SC is lower than that of magnesia-alumina spinel brick, which reduces the external surface temperature of kiln shell and is more energy saving than traditional silicon-mullite.
