Description:
Compared with other companies, HA70SC has higher bulk density, smaller apparent porosity, higher strength, better thermal shock resistance and better product performance. This is because the HA70SC added 6% of α -alumina micro-powder and burned in 1420 ºC. The addition of appropriate amount of α -alumina micro-powder will promote the high activity of SiO2 in corundum, which is conducive to the formation of relatively dense network-like mullite binding phase in the matrix, thus significantly increasing the compressive strength and volume density of the product, densifying the structure, and improving the wear resistance of the product. Due to the formation of solid solution between Al2O3 and SiO2 , the grain of the material was refined and densified. Polycrystalline was used to buffer the thermal stress, so as to improve the thermal shock resistance of the material and greatly improve the service life of the product. The thermal conductivity of HA70SC is lower than that of magnesia-alumina spinel brick, which reduces the external surface temperature of kiln shell and is more energy saving than traditional silicon-mullite bricks

Q1 : Do you provide free samples?
A1 : Yes, free samples are available, generlly speaking, the buyer shall bear all the delivery cost.
Q2 : How can you control your quality?
A2 : For each production processing, LZR have complete QC system for the chemical composition and Physical properties. After production, all the goods will be tested, and the quality certificate will be shipped along with goods.
Q3 : What is your lead time?

(1) Peak time(Nov 1st-Feb 15th next year) Within 60 days from the date of receiving the advance payment
